Budget & Credit Counseling

Meet with a NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania financial counselor to get one-on-one assistance on the path to stable homeownership! Counselors may help to establish a budget, provide counseling regarding credit concerns to help increase credit scores, or prepare mortgage-ready homebuyers to meet with a loan officer. Attendees learn to understand the credit system and how to take control of their finances and improve their credit. NeighborWorks does not offer debt consolidation, only crucial information and guidance on the path to homeownership.

NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania housing counselors provide Budget and Credit Counseling for free to all who are in need of assistance. Traditionally, attendees are first-time homebuyers, but NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania serves all who desire this service.
